Kathy Kaehler's Schoolhouse Workout
Here's a sample exercise from Schoolhouse Workout:
- Touch your toes and reach up high – 10 times.
- Run in place – 10 times.
- Sit down on chair and stand back up – 10 times.
- March in place – 10 times.
- Arm punches to the sky – 10 times.
- Take a deep breath in through the nose. Exhale out through the mouth. Repeat breathing three times.
